Packaged Headworks Systems

Portable. Reliable. High-Performance Screening—Anywhere You Need It.

When traditional concrete headworks aren’t practical—or aren’t available—Duperon’s Packaged Headworks Systems deliver the same effective preliminary screening as full-scale Duperon screens in a compact, stand-alone solution. Built around the trusted FlexRake® technology, these stainless steel tank systems provide reliable liquid/solids separation for municipal and industrial wastewater applications without the cost, complexity, or construction requirements of permanent concrete headworks. Ideal for construction projects, small or remote operations, and industrial sites that can’t justify full-scale inlet channels, Packaged Headworks Systems help prevent debris from entering downstream processes—reducing equipment damage, clogging, and costly downtime.

Applications:

  • Pump stations
  • Influent bar screens
  • Municipal headworks
  • Combined sewer overflow facilities
  • Industrial applications

Product Description

The Duperon® Packaged Headworks System is a stand-alone mechanical screening system designed to provide reliable preliminary screening without the need for a permanent concrete headworks structure. It combines a custom-fabricated stainless steel tank with proven Duperon FlexRake® screening technology to protect downstream processes from damaging debris.

The Packaged Headworks System is available in single- or dual-channel configurations and can be engineered for flows from 400 gpm to 30 MGD. Integrated overflow bypass, pre-wired controls, flexible pipe connections and optional solids handling equipment provide a complete screening solution that can be installed outdoors without a building. Portable and modular by design, the system is ideal for temporary, permanent or hybrid applications, including construction bypasses, plant expansions, small or remote facilities and industrial sites.
