Built for the Demands of High-Volume Screening
The newest addition to Duperon’s Washer Compactor line, the Gen 4 is purpose-built for high-volume, challenging waste streams from one or multiple screening systems. It efficiently washes, compacts, and conveys dense screenings, grit, rocks, and high-organic waste streams while automatically adapting to changing debris loads. The result: consistent performance, reduced debris volume, lower disposal costs, and a more efficient screening process.
Applications:
- Municipal wastewater
- Combined sewer overflow
- Pump stations
- Lift stations.
- Industrial wastewater
- Other non-standard applications where debris is variable or difficult.

Product Description
The Gen 4 Washer Compactor is engineered to wash, compact, and convey high volumes of screenings from one or multiple screening systems. Two horizontally stacked, 10-inch hardened augers maximize contact with the strainer for effective washing and dewatering while providing increased strainer surface area for high-capacity operation. An integrated radar level sensor continuously monitors debris levels, automatically adjusting operating speed and discharge rate to match changing loading conditions. The result is consistent performance without manual adjustment.
Four spray nozzles wash screenings before user-adjustable compaction reduces water content and debris volume. The self-regulating compaction system produces screenings with up to 60% dry solids and up to 84% volume reduction. The included Discharge Extension Option (DEO) transports compacted screenings up to 40 feet in any direction without additional mechanized conveyance. The Gen 4 is designed to handle challenging debris, including dense screenings, grit, rocks up to 4 inches, and high-organic waste streams.
