SmartWave™ Septage Receiving
Controlled motion. Consistent screening.
SmartWave™ uses controlled vibration to separate solids from liquid while keeping difficult material moving across the screening surface. The design is built to handle challenging septage conditions, including high solids, rags, wipes, grit, rocks, and FOG, while minimizing blinding and material buildup. Continuous motion helps maintain screening performance as load conditions change, reducing the need for operator intervention and routine maintenance.
Gen 4 Washer Compactor
High-capacity solids handling, washing, compaction, and conveyance.
The Gen 4 Washer Compactor is built to handle demanding solids loads from one or multiple screens while washing, dewatering, and compacting screenings for reduced disposal volume. A radar sensor automatically monitors solids levels and adjusts processing speed as conditions change, helping maintain consistent operation without operator intervention.
The DEO™ comes standard, conveying processed screenings up to 40 feet in any direction—including vertically—without the need for a separate motor-driven conveyor.
Designed for high-capacity applications, the Gen 4 helps keep screenings moving from capture to disposal with less manual handling and fewer pieces of equipment.
