Admission is free, but donations are welcome and appreciated. All proceeds will benefit Water For People, a global non-profit organization dedicated to bringing safe drinking water, sanitation and hygiene education to people in developing countries. Founded in 1991, the organization now works in 11 developing countries in Asia, Africa, Central America and South America.
"We're proud to partner with the region's community-minded businesses on this important event to support this life-sustaining organization," says Ali Khraizat, CDM environmental engineer and the event's organizer. "Perhaps no other charitable organization aligns itself more closely with CDM's mission of improving the environment and infrastructure than Water For People."
