Being the new guy

When you join our team, you will be given a training plan that will cover your first 90 days. This training will not only cover your role, but you will also learn about the company, the products we sell, and the industry we serve. During this time, you will work with a variety of team members from different departments. At Duperon, our team is vested in supporting your success.
