DUPERON FLEXRAKE LOW FLOW

The Duperon FlexRake Low Flow possesses the robust features of the patented FlexRake mechanically cleaned barscreen, optimized for flows of 1 million gallons daily or less. The carefully integrated relationship between components sources simplicity, affordability, and low cost-of-ownership, resulting in a unit that is light in weight, but not in strength. 
   

FLEXRAKE FULL PENETRATION FINE SCREEN MODEL

The smaller the slot opening, the more critical it becomes to keep the barscreen open. The Full Penetration, Fine Screen FlexRake combines the rugged reliability of Full Penetration FlexRake with fine screen openings. Utilizing staging scrapers that clean the face of the barscreen and stainless steel teeth that fully penetrate the bar, the Full Penetration, Fine Screen model offers precision technology with the ability to adapt to large debris.

Duperon has eliminated the need for pre-screening... the powerful combination of stainless steel and UHMW scrapers allows for the best in redundancy and unit performance.

FLEXRAKE FULL PENETRATION MODEL
The Full Penetration FlexRake is typically used in wastewater or other applications where debris can accumulate or wrap around the bars. The scraper is designed to clean 3 sides of the bar. If the site allows, this model ships fully assembled. All components are serviceable above the deck, eliminating confined space entries. The patented FlexLink(TM) system flexes and pivots around large debris and removes it. Virtually maintenance free!
FLEXRAKE STANDARD MODEL

The Standard FlexRake is typically used for stormwater, pumpstation, hydroelectric, irrigation, or other applications where debris is varied and screen openings are coarse. Typical debris includes general refuse, aquatic vegetation, sticks, limbs, tires, and oil drums. The scrapers are usually serrated and configured to the barscreen. Ideal where continuous debris removal is necessary: no cycle times to allow for restricted waterflow.

FLEXRAKE HEAVY DUTY MODEL

The Heavy Duty FlexRake is used in open-channel applications (such as stormwater) where debris size, volume, and velocity may be unpredictable and where there are no upstream constraints such as influent pipes or pre-screening. Typical debris may include general refuse, aquatic vegetation, sticks, limbs, tires, and oil drums. Heavy duty scrapers are utilized to assist in high debris loadings.

FLEXRAKE FINE SCREEN MODEL

The Fine Screen FlexRake is designed for fish screening, food processing, and wineries. The rake simplicity remains the same, but the screen is wedgewire with openings of .020" - .125". The FlexRake's slow operation makes this a perfect fit for areas where wildlife protection is a concern.

FLEXRAKE FINE SCREEN BOUTIQUE MODEL

The Fine Screen Boutique FlexRake is ideal for small wineries with screen openings from .020" - .125". Available in five models:
