Yes. The FlexRake does not require an operator. As a standard unit, it is simply wired to run continuously, often simultaneously with pumps, turbines or during water flow. The scrapers will travel slowly (at a rate of 28 inches/minute) from the bottom of the barscreen to the top, dumping the debris before it makes its return down the upstream side of the sprocket.
(Note: Vertical barscreeens may require a deflector to assist in removing debris).
